- The body is constructed of 1.5mm thick steel while the doors are 2mm thick steel and are covered in a durable powder coat paint finish available in 4 different colors.
- The hopper door and access door are sealed with rubber to prevent rain and dust from entering the mail storage area.

The mailbox is great. Love the quality. I am giving it 4 stars instead of 5 for 2 reasons.
1) the weather proof seal inside the door prevents the magnets from meeting. Therefore the door won’t stay closed. I have figured out a fix, but at this price, that should not be necessary.
2) I also purchased the appropriate in-ground metal post for this mailbox. The website should mention that it is necessary to purchase a 4×4 wooden post to be buried the necessary depth in the ground. I should have realized the metal post was NOT long enough, but it should be mentioned the metal post is basically a decorative cover and requires additional support for proper mounting.
