Return Policy
No goods will be accepted without a return authorization number issued by The MailboxWorks. Products must be insured and shipped prepaid to the warehouse address specified at the time the return authorization number is issued. Products must be returned in saleable condition, with all of their original shipping cartons, and packing material. Products must be packaged in the same manner in which they were received and must be returned within 30 days of receipt. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Returns of items shipped to the customer with free shipping will have original outbound shipping costs deducted from the return. Refunds for returns can be denied if the above requirements are not met. Certain items may be subject to restocking fees. Custom orders, orders with options, some special order products, discontinued products, and orders exceeding $1,500.00 will not be accepted for return, exchange or refund.
