The Victor Stanley litter receptacle is constructed of steel and then covered in a glossy black polyester powder coat. The litter receptacle comes with rubber tipped feet attached to the base for leveling the litter receptacle and a high density plastic liner.

The plastic cans are reinforced, ribbed, and molded for durability, ease of use, and greater capacity. They feature a formed lid attached to the frame with two vinyl coated steel aircraft cables.
