Our Return Policy

In order to serve you better, you must contact our office to obtain an RGA number before returning any products. Returning products without an RGA number may delay your refund.

Custom made items (e.g., personalized mailboxes, all horizontal mailboxes, address plaques, etc.) are not refundable unless they are damaged during shipping or defective.

Products that have been damaged in shipping must be left in the box as you received along with all original packing materials.  A representative from our shipping company may need to inspect the damaged products.

Except as previously noted, you may return products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.  Products must be returned in the original manufacturers packing materials and in a perfect new condition.  Shipping charges are non-refundable.  You are responsible for the shipping charges to return the product(s).  Returns of items with "Free Shipping" will be charged 10% of the total cost of sale to cover our shipping cost from us to you.

When returning any item you must do the following:
1) Include the RGA number along with your name and address.
2) Return the product in the original packaging.  You should have at least 2 inches of packing around the entire package.
3) Consider insuring the package, even if it is damaged.  You are responsible for the safe return of any product.
4) Items can be returned via the U.S. Post Office, UPS Ground or FED-EX.
